| If you are after a PASSIONATE, ENERGETIC and FUN band...you have found us! Chinchilla Zilla are an ESTABLISHED four-piece band playing alternative cover songs from the 60?s, 70?s, 80?s and 90?s through to the present day. The band is made up of: a drummer, bass player, guitarist and lead vocalist; all members of the band share the vocal harmonies. They are an experienced group of musicians who have gained their individual experiences in various bands, playing a diverse range of music, spanning a period of 20 years. Chinchilla Zilla formed in 2006 and done well over THREE HUNDRED GIGS! They consist of some of the best musicians from other successful local bands. During their period together, the band has gigged at local pubs, festivals, charity events, private functions and clubs in the including The Camden Rock Cafe. We also gigged to five hundred plus people on New Years Eve @ O'Neills, Bromley! The band has an enthusiastic and loyal following and have a reputation for having fun and encouraging audience participation. Band members: Raman Nathaniel: Lead vocals/Percussion Owen Wilson: Bass Guitar & vocals Eddie ?Vin? Hayes: Guitar & vocals Neil Sendall: Drums All the songs covered are played in the style of the originals, with our own interpretive twist and performed with the same energy and passion you would expect from these artists. Our sets are very diverse! They include genres of: Rock, Pop, Funk, Indie, Blues, Funk and Ska! Some of the artists covered include: The Buzzcocks Kaiser Chiefs The Automatic The Killers The Vapors The Knack The Kinks Pulp The Clash The Who Greenday The Specials The Undertones The Police Blur The Hives Blink 182 Rolling Stones T-Rex Oasis The Wombats The Specials If you are having a wedding, divorce, house party, pet's birthday, good day, bad day, Bar Mitzvah, any other social function and need a FUN band..You have found US...GET IN TOUCH! Unlike most bands we offer you THREE SETS as supposed to the normal two, we can provide background music between breaks etc, thus saving you spending the extra on a DJ! We have our own PA/Lights and are fully PAT and Public Liability certified ;) We are based in West Sussex and happy to travel anywhere providing travel costs are taken into consideration too.
