| Funkty Dumpty are a professional funk, soul & disco function band based in the South West of England who formed in early 2004. They have quickly gained a reputation as one of the best upbeat function bands in the UK and play nationally and internationally for any type of function from Corporate Events, Music Festivals and University Balls to Birthdays, Weddings and Christmas Parties. The band is made up of between 6 and 9 full-time, professional musicians who between them have an astounding amount of experience in the live music arena and can entertain any crowd. With the emphatic vocals of both Lou & Lisa and the highly acclaimed band and backing singers, they have built up a repertoire of the best of funk, soul & disco classics including Car Wash, Disco Inferno & Le Freak and current hits from artists including Justin Timberlake, Scissor Sisters and Beyoncé. With previous clients including The Sheraton Hotel and Towers, Celtic Manor Resort, Guoman Hotel Management, The Thistle Hotel Network, GE Capital Bank, Bourne Leisure Group, Exeter University, Guilfest and Glastonbury Festival as well as many weddings and private parties, Funkty Dumpty are a young, professional and experienced functions band. Having played in countries as far and wide as Abu Dhabi for the Sheraton Hotel’s New Years Eve Party, Italy at the Pennibilli Music Festival, Ireland at the Guiness Cork Jazz Festival and the Greek island of Mykonos as a guest of Contiki Holidays, they are as comfortable on the runway as they are on the M25! Experienced Jazz, Rock, Blues and Pop players, the band also regularly play extra sets at events as either soloists, duets, trios or quartets as well as performing a complete rock and pop set with over 50+ songs to choose from. | I booked these guys last minute as I had a band cancel on me, and i'm so glad they did! Funkty Dumpty were amazing and had everyone dancing from start to finish!! They were professional throughout and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a function band! | |

| I just wanted to extend thanks from all at Factor 3 for a fantastic night's entertainment provided by Funkty Dumpty. I don't think I have ever seen so many people dancing at our annual party for our clients and the shouts of 'more' at the end of the evening were testament to how much everyone enjoyed the music. A really great band! | |
